FlowRefer provides advisory underwriting signal to support referral triage decisions. The service delivers directional indicators and reason codes based on publicly available information and proprietary heuristics.

2. Advisory Nature

All outputs from FlowRefer are advisory only. They are not:

• Binding underwriting decisions
• Guarantees of accuracy or completeness
• Substitutes for professional underwriting judgment
• Recommendations to accept or decline any risk

Users are solely responsible for all underwriting decisions made using or informed by FlowRefer outputs.

3. No Warranty

FlowRefer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for any particular purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowRefer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
